Hvad er det godt for og hvad kan det. Det tager et par \u00e5r at komme gennem detaljerne. Undervejs  sker der udvikling der g\u00f8r det nemmere for dem der f\u00f8lger efter. 2026 begynder vi forfra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Tai Chi formen bliver p\u00e5 sigt, der hvor du opbevare alt hvad du har l\u00e6rt. Tai Chi er en livslang l\u00e6ring. Uanset hvor mange Tai Chi former du kender, er formen der hvor du udvikler dig. N\u00e5r man har tr\u00e6net Tai Chi i mange \u00e5r lagres bev\u00e6gelserne i kroppen og du reagere ud fra det du har l\u00e6rt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Mit speciale er hensyntagende undervisning. M\u00e5lgruppen er en anden, end der hvor jeg er blivet undervist.
